01 - Open a canvas 400 x 500 pxls.
In the " Material properties" Foreground: #5f6f8a.
Background: #dacbdc, change for
Gradient, Style: Linear, Angle: 145, Repeats: 3, (x) Invert.

02- Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: 30.

03- Effects Texture / Texture Effects:
open the texture: HatchFine, Size: 25, 2,1,0, 0, 315, 50,30.

04 - Open the image " Tube", Edit / Copy, back to canvas
Edit / Paste asNew Layer.

05 - Activate the tool "Selection Tool / Custom Selection",
Top: 0, Left: 0, Right: 270, Botton: 500.

06- Promote Selection to Layer. Opacity30.

07- Keep selection, Back in the layer of the tube, Edit / Cut.

08- Layers / New Raster Layer,
Fill that selection with the gradient. keep the selection.

09- Effects / 3D effects / Drop Shadow: 7,3 100, 13.86, Color: #000000,
"Shadow on new layer" (x). Deselect.

10 - Activate the "Layer Gradient " and add a "New Layer",

11- Foreground color: #ffffff, activates the tool " Paint Brush",
Configure as I show down:
Size 434, Step 32, Density 100, Opacity 100. Screen.

Stamp that layer with the brush, in the breaks right of the image.
Layers / Merge Visible.

12 - Effects / Xero / Improver,
Settings: Landscape, 10, 10, 5 Ok.

13 - Open the tube: "divisor", Edit / Copy, Back to canvas
Edit / Paste,
Paste As New Layer.

14- Open the tube "broche", Edit / Copy,
back to canvas
Edit / Paste,
Paste As New Layer
Opacity: 65.
Layers / Merge Visible.

15- With the tool "Freehand Selection", select the divisor
Layer / Duplicate.
Duplicate a time more.

Total 3 layers mergeds.
A)- 1º Layer --->Adjust / Add Noise: 20, Uniform,
B)- 2 º Layer --->Adjust / Add Noise: 25, Uniform.
C)- 3º Layer---> Adjust / Add Noise: 30, Uniform.

Selections / Select None.

16- With the Freehand tool select part of the 1º Layer where are the little stars.

Now apply the effect:
Effects / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation,...
In "Settings" change for "Bling Bling".
Star Size: 3.91, Size Variation: 70, Edge Star Density: 8,
Overal Star Density: 4, Overdrive: 100 (to smoother the effect diminish the value of Overdrive),
Twinkle amount: 50.
Twinkle rotation: 90º, keep original image,
Radom Seed: 4260 (digitize the values that will be easier).

17 - Activate to 2º Layer still with the selection, repeat the effect, only
changing the Radom Seed , (sufficiency pressure and will change the values).

18 - Repeat effect for the 3 º Layer changing the Radom Seed.

Text

19 - Layers / New Raster Layer, configurethe Text A tool,
Font: KonTikiEnchantedJF, Size: 55, Units: Pixels, Color: #8386a1
Write and deselect,
Image / Free Rotate / free: 25º

20- Selections All / Float / Defloat. Edit /Cut.

21- Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout,
Vertical and Horizontal: 4,
Opacity: 45, Blur 9.00, Shadow Color: #ffffff.
Fill interior with color (canceled), Ok

22- Drop Shadow: 0, 3, 35,13.00, Color: #000000.
Shadow on new layer (x).

In this layer Shadow: Opacity: 40. Blend Mode: LuminaceL
Layers / Merge Down

23- Keep the selection: Layers / Duplicate ( Duplicate for twice this layer "TEXT").
Blend Mode: LuminaceL, Opacity: 100 for all the layers text.

Total "three layers Text"

24 - Repeat the effect Constellation of the Xenofex2 used before
For the 3 layers text altering the Radom Seed for the copies layers.

25 - IRemove the visibility of all the copies
leaving active the Layer Merged, and Text,
Edit / Copy Merged,

26- In The Animation Shop: Edit /Paste as New Animation.

27- Repeat for the 2º copy Merged, Shadow and copy of the Text,
In the animation: Edit / Paste / After Current Frame.

28- Repeat for the 3º copies layers.

14 - With the three frames in the Animation Shop
Edit / Select All,
Open the animation "Star"
Edit / Selects all,
Edit / Copy.
Back to your three frames,
Edit / Propagate Paste,
Edit / Paste Into Selected Frame.
See if is everything certain in: View Animation and save.
